1. Introduction

Welcome to Pragya Study Circle. By registering, enrolling in any course, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the student/parent/guardian and the institute.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission to any course is strictly based on the criteria set by Pragya Study Circle. The institute reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
• Students must provide accurate and complete information during the admission process. Any discrepancy may lead to cancellation of admission.
• The "Free Demo Class for 3 Days" is subject to batch availability and must be availed continuously for 3 working days.

3. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

• All course fees must be paid strictly according to the payment schedule provided at the time of admission.
• Delay in fee payment may result in restricted access to classes, study material, or mock tests.
• No Refund Policy: Once a student has enrolled and paid the fees (after the free demo period, if applicable), the fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Discipline & Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain strict discipline, punctuality, and decorum within the institute premises.
• Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during class hours unless explicitly allowed by the faculty for educational purposes.
• Any misbehavior, damage to institute property, or disruption of the learning environment may lead to immediate expulsion without any refund of fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Study Material

All study materials, notes, test papers, and digital content provided by Pragya Study Circle are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute.

• Materials are provided solely for the personal use and preparation of the enrolled student.
• Reproduction, distribution, copying, or sharing of study materials with non-enrolled individuals or external entities is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

6. Schedule & Faculty Modifications

Pragya Study Circle reserves the absolute right to:

• Alter, modify, or merge batch timings as per the institute's operational requirements.
• Change the faculty members assigned to a particular subject or batch without prior notice.
• Reschedule classes in case of unforeseen circumstances, national holidays, or emergencies.

7. Liability

While the institute takes necessary precautions, Pragya Study Circle shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of the students within the premises. Students are responsible for their own vehicles and belongings.
